What sets Authentic Counselling Collective apart is a truly authentic and humble approach, where I take the power dynamic out of the therapeutic relationship. I am not the expert on your life, YOU ARE! I am simply here to guide and support you.

Here, counselling is real, open and honest. A place free from judgement, where you are accepted exactly as you are. Your therapy is tailored to support your unique journey, taking a holistic approach that nurtures you as a whole.

I specialise in a range of therapeutic approaches including person centered, somatic experiencing, self compassion, inner child work, attachment and trauma informed therapy.

Work with me

I am a registered psychotherapist with 12 years experience supporting people within therapeutic settings. I work with children, adolescents and adults. My main areas of focus include trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, attachment injuries, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth.

    Supporting you to feel safe in therapy is our priority. You will be fully heard and seen without judgment. You are welcome and safe in this space as you are, as we unleash your authentic self.

    Lacking self compassion can result in have lowered feelings of self-worth. The core of my work involves self compassion to foster a loving relationship with yourself and calm your nervous system.

  • Reseting your nervous system

    Unresolved trauma remains within our body and can begin to manifest into physical and emotional symptoms . To reset the nervous system, I will help you release trauma from the body using somatic therapies.

  • Trusting your intuition

    Often people are subconsciously disconnected from their bodies, intuition and, therefore, their authenticity. Your healing journey will empower you to reconnect with your body.

  • Discover your inner wisdom

    At times people come to therapy assuming that the therapist holds all of the tools to support you. I will educate you with strategies whilst also empowering you to reconnect with yourself, as you hold so much wisdom and power within to heal.

    Therapy is not just about eradicating symptoms. Our work also involves cultivating new meaning and embracing what brings you joy, so you can intentionally create a fulfilling life of contentment.
