Authentic Counselling Collective provides a safe and nurturing environment for you to explore, process and heal your feelings, emotions and experiences. The modalities used are beneficial if you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, self worth and self-esteem issues.

I will support you to gently navigate your emotional pain and discomfort so that you can fully express and release this tension, trauma and stress from your body. I will empower you to become an active participant in your own healing process, fostering self-compassion, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.

I understand that therapy requires vulnerability and for some this can be a daunting experience. My commitment to you is to create a non judgmental environment so that you can openly explore your issues at your own pace.

Trauma, addiction and mental illnesses are not life sentences, together we can work through what is keeping you stuck. I am here to support you to discover your authentic self, find peace and create the life you deserve!

My Story

I lived for many years disconnected from myself, my body and intuition, finding myself drawn to unhealthy coping mechanisms.

The integral part of my healing was when I discovered somatic, inner child and self-compassionate therapies. Through these modalities, I was empowered to compassionately review my wounded parts and learn how to feel, process and release complex feelings and experiences.

Through my own healing journey, I have reconnected to my authentic self and am now deeply driven to help others do the same.
